Leg Room List #6: Ibiza

To Note
- Best time to go is probably September but end of July is at its peak and can get pretty fun (albeit really busy).
- Ibiza does live up to the myth of the party island, although you’ll miss out if you’re only there for the parties and fail to explore the towns, beaches, inland farms, food, sunsets, hippie market and other island beauties.
- Many nice beaches are local and without any facilities - bring a towel.
- The parties are quite commercial (for some tastes) but DJs from around the world get together for the summer and you can find some good music if you know where to look (everything is available online on Resident Advisor and ibiza-spotlight.com). I prefer going to Underground on Thursdays for Rhadoo / other Romanian DJs, as well as day parties and some classic gigs. If you can make an afterparty at the Kave or a good villa, it's more worth it that the club itself.
- Pretty good shopping - always come back with fashionable summer items.
